Can Kings XI stop the loosing streek

With Sangakkara out of injury, Jayawardena is the new stand in skipper for Kings XI Punjab. With five looses Kings XI is struggling to find the winning team in this IPL 2010. Even though the team has strength to compete against the best teams in IPL it has won only one match out of six matches. The only problem with Kings XI is that the complete team is not performing as a unit. If the bowling is good the batting will not come and win the game, if the batting is working the bowling will not stand up and win the game. Today Kings XI will face Mumbai Indians at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai. Mumbai Indians are in winning streak, they won 5 matches and are in the top of the points table. This will be the clash between Sachin Vs Lee, who ever wins the clash will more likely to win the match.

IPL: Delhi Daredevils wins comfortably

Delhi won the match against Kolkata Knight riders today. The match was considered to be the perfet high scoring game, as the experts predicted Delhi Daredevils scored 177/4. Warner and Collingwood scored 107* and 53 giving their bowlers a good chance for defending the set runs. On reply  Kolkata was unable to chase the total, they scored only 137 runs for the loose of nine wickets Kolkata. Knight Riders lost the match by 40 runs. Now Delhi Daredevils are 8 points after playing 7 games. Knight riders scored 6 points in thier 7 games. Delhi Daredevils have to win only four matches in their next seven game, but Knight  Riders have to win four matches in their next seven games.

Chennai super kings won the match against Kolkata Knight riders

Chennai Super Kings won the match against Kolkata Night riders today. Chennai won the match by 55 runs. Kolkata won the toss and elected to field first, this decision looked good as the Chennai batsman’s where struggling to get runs, later towards the last five overs Dhoni and Badrinath took Chennai to a good total of 164/3. In reply Knight Riders struggled to score runs; at last they managed to score only 109 runs loosing all the wickets.

Delhi Daredevils won the match against Rajasthan Royals

Delhi Daredevils won the match against Rajasthan Royals by 6 wickets. Sehwag is named as Man of the Match for his 75 (34). Rajasthan Royals socred 141 in 20 overs. Jhunjhuwala scored 53 (45) for Royals. Delhi looked positive from the first over, Sehwag blasted the bowlers all round the field. This is the second win for Delhi in this IPL. Rajasthan lost both the IPL matches till now, Royals has to win the upcoming matches for reaching top four spot.

India won the second ODI against South Africa

India won the second match against South Africa by 153 runs. India scored a tough target of 401 in 50 overs. Sachin scored a superb 200* and set the new world record. South Africa failed to chase this massive target; they lost all the wickets and made only 248 runs. De villiers made 114 of 101 balls not out. Sreesanth took 3 wickets, Jadeja, pathan and Nehra took two wickets each for India. Master batsman Sachin is named Man of Match.

Sachin scored double century

Sachin scored double century against South Africa in the second ODI today. He created the new history by scoring 200 in just 147 balls with 25 fours and 3 sixes. India scored 401/3 in 50 overs. Dinesh Karthik scored 79, Dhoni scored 68* (35). It’s a historic match for India, extra ordinary performance can only save this match for the South Africans.

 Sea foods are excellent foods that can help from preventing many health disorders. Sea foods are rich in iodine content, this can prevent from thyroid problems. Fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acid, these fat contents are good for health and they also contain lots of vitamins, proteins, minerals. Fish have less fat contents.

Fish prevent cancers:

Fishes can prevent cancers as they have omega-3 fatty acid; they also create an enzyme that can prevent mouth and digestive cancers.

Eating fish daily will improve health and decrease obesity. This will increase the energy level of the person. There are three types of fishes white fishes, shell fishes, oily fishes.

White fishes help in promoting healthy blood cells and eliminate toxins, this are rich in omega-3 fatty acids but not more that oily fishes.

Shell fishes include crab, prawns etc, this are rich in iodine, zinc and copper.

Oily fishes are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, this includes salmons, tuna, herrings, etc.

Sehwag is the No 1 test batsman

 

Sehwag became the new No 1 test batsman in the ICC test rankings. He clinched this spot after his back to back centuries in South Africa test series.

Sehwag is known for his hard hitting and dashing start. His batting has won many matches for India. This time against South Africa he scored two centuries in the two test. Former no 1 batsman Gambhir slips to No 5 spot.

After the great performance against India, South African batsman Amla claimed no 2 rank in test.

India won the second test against South Africa

India won the second test match against South Africa in Kolkata. India won by an Innings and 57 runs. South Africa played hard to save the game; it went on till the last two overs to decide the fate of the game. Last wicket partnership for South Africa made every spectator to think South Africa will survive the test. But Indians won the game with few balls left in the day’s play.

Harbhajan took 5 wickets to give India the victory. Amla was the only batsman who showed his potential and stayed till the end. He played 394 balls to save the game but was unable to save the match. Amla was named Man of the Match and Man of the Series. India retains the no 1 test team because of this victory. India shares the cup with South Africa as the series was drawn 1-1.

Health tips for night shift associates

Eat fiber rich food every day. Fibers will improve your digestion and keep you in good shape even you work at night. Oats, banana, apple are three items which will improve your health. Eat green leafy vegetables. Try to take green leafy vegetables with is good to health with no fat content.

Eat raw: eating raw vegetables like cabbage, carrot, beet, etc will simplify the complex digestion. It is recommended to eat the vegetables rather than it is cocked.

Drink Tea: drinking ginger tea or masala tea will lessen your stomach problems. Avoid drinking coffee when you eat heavy meals.

Do exercise: Do exercise every day to increase metabolism in body. If you are unable to do daily try to do every alternative day at least, if you skip exercise body shape will skip you.

Avoid spicy foods: Don’t take more spicy food, even try to avoid sugar as it will increase the harmful bacteria in intestine.
